By placing an order
with supportsUSA.com and its affiliated websites customer agrees with
our return policy.
Product may
be returned for credit, less 20% restocking charge and shipping/handling
cost by:

Calling for Return
Authorization Number within 10 business days of the day the order
was placed.

Returning product to
SupportsUSA within 10 business days of the day you call for a return
authorization number.

Product is returned in the
original package, unsoiled, with instructions.
We will not accept
products back due to one or more of the following reasons:
We will ship product back to
customer at their expense

Items was received after 30
days of delivery date.

Customer did not contact our
office via phone or email to request a return authorization number.

Product is not in the original
condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Original package is missing,
or is damaged, or cannot be re-used.

Instruction sheet is missing.
-
Product show signs of wear: it
has been used in some shape or form.

Some products may be sent
direct from the manufacturer (drop-shipped), however the correct
address to send ANY/ALL items purchased from SupportsUSA.com for
returns is:

We
cannot be responsible for items NOT sent to this address, or sent
back to the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer will NOT notify
us of the return, or credit your account. We cannot track an item
for return that has been sent to any address other than the above.
ANY ITEM NOT RETURNED TO THE
ABOVE ADDRESS WILL NOT BE CREDITED FOR RETURN.
If you are EXCHANGING an item
for a different size or another product, the restocking fee will be
waived. YOU MUST notify us of the exchange at the time you ask for a
Return Authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping a clean and
unused product back to us, in the original package with the instruction
sheet.

Please have
your Invoice number when you call for your return. If you Email us,
include the name the order was placed under and the invoice number, we
cannot find your order without the invoice number.
Please
include a copy of your invoice when you send your item back or we will
not be able to identify it and credit you.
Product Warranty:
Manufacturer will repair or
replace any product that is proven defective because of material or
workmanship at their discretion.
Manufacturer will not cover:

Pads or straps which will
wear off under normal use.

Products or any of its
parts which has been damaged due to misuse, alterations or
accidental damage.

Incorrect product size.
The sizing chart in our website is a guide line to help you with a
correct fit but bodies do have different structures.
