Please read so you'll have a great understanding of when your shipment will
arrive, and what happens if the order takes too long.
What is Typical and What is Guaranteed:
What's Typical for orders
placed Mon-Fri:
Typically orders placed by 2:00 PM CST Mon-Fri ship-out on the same day so that
overnight orders arrive the next business day, 2nd day orders arrive the 2nd
business day, and ground shipments arrive within 3-6 business days. Holidays are
exceptions.
What's Typical for orders
placed Sat-Sun:
Typically orders placed Sat-Sun ship-out on Monday so overnight orders arrive by
Tuesday, 2nd day orders arrive by Wednesday, and ground shipments arrive within
3-6 business days from Monday. Holidays are exceptions.

What's GUARANTEED for orders
placed Mon-Fri:
All orders placed by 2:00 PM CST Mon-Fri will ship-out by the next business day.
And from the time they are shipped-out here are the transit times that we
guarantee: OVERNIGHT = 1 Business day, 2ND DAY = 2 Business days, GROUND = 10
Business days. Holidays are exceptions.
What's GUARANTEED for orders
placed Sat-Sun:
All orders placed late Friday (after 2:00 PM CST) thru Sunday night will
ship-out by Tuesday so your overnight shipments are guaranteed to arrive by
Wednesday, your 2nd day deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by Thursday, and
your ground shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 10 business days from
Tuesday. Holidays are exceptions.

What do we mean by GUARANTEED?
Look at the chart below:
| -if your OVERNIGHT
delivery is one day late of our guaranteed time we credit $10 back, if it's 2 days late
of our guaranteed time, we
credit back a total of $24.05 |
| -if your 2ND DAY delivery
is one day late of our guaranteed time, we credit back $14.05 |
| -if your GROUND SHIPMENT
or any other shipment takes longer than 10 business days transit time plus
the time it takes us to ship-out (24 Hrs. weekdays/72 Hrs. weekends) we will refund the shipping cost. |
| (NOTE: We do not
automatically credit you. To qualify for any refund on the shipping cost,
you must call or email us within 2 business days of the arrival of your
shipment so we can verify that your shipment has taken as
long as you say, and we'll credit you back the right amount from above.) |
Exceptions are: Backordered items
or any other items
that we notify you of how long our wait time will be, and you agree to wait
that long.
